  After living in 6 different apartments across Madison since 2010, the Constellation was the first lease I've ever renewed and I'm on my 3rd lease, looking to sign a 4th! The location is great, with a new businesses and buildings popping up all over the neighborhood and it's within walking distance of the square. The staff does a nice job of providing little perks once a month or so like resident events. Staff is very responsive via email/phone and maintenance issues are handled promptly. They even continue to invest in the building by creating new common spaces for residents, and things like adding new gym equipment! Best place I've lived in Madison!

  Going on my 3rd year of living here. Staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Apartments are nice and have great views with a competitive rent rate. Access to Festival (grocery store next door) has been a major plus! A few small issues here and there, but maintenance is easy to request and quick to resolve.
