  Stay away from Dean health plan. Worst customer service ever. Doctor ordered a completely unnecessary test during my annual exam check-up, the test was classified as diagnostics test by dean health plan, although i did not have ANY symptoms, did not mention anything uncommon with body. Dean health plan handled the incident poorly, all they were trying to do is to move me to someone else, they told me i can file a quality compliant for the doctor, but nothing they will get back to me at. In a incident like this, where i completely was mis-treated, Dean was not willing to help at all. Stay away from this poor insurance provider who does not care about their policy holder. And yes, obviously the WORST statement that I have ever seen. And yes, I would give a 0 start if i can, STAY AWAY from the health plan

  Can't pay a bill in person anymore, or talk in person about billing. Of course the explination is as clear as mud... Totally lost the local feel. It's all about the money. I used to love Dean, and had them for years.
