  Dan Breunig was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and always answering any questions we had with prompt and honest response. Never once did I feel pressured by Dan to make an offer, and he told us what he disliked about the house as well as what he liked. If we ever decide to buy another house I will not hesitate to use Dan again.

  Jolenta is not only a subject matter expert in the Madison real estate market (and surrounding areas), but she is the consummate professional, kind, courteous, and an extremely hard working individual and realtor. This is the second time my wife and I have worked with Jolenta and both experiences have been exceptional. Jolenta sold us this house three years ago and it turned into a phenomenal investment. When we were ready to sell, Jolenta turned on the afterburners and had us under contract in one day, and well above listing price. We can't say enough about Jolenta. I would highly recommend Jolenta to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Madison area.
