  I had to get a temporary loan as I bought a vehicle on a bank holiday. I have been trying to “PAY IT OFF” ever since. (Make sure you use the right small words as these crooks are genius at scaming you out of every penny, but play stupid when it suits them.) Once I got the correct person and used the correct words they were supposed to send out some sort of “PAY OFF” letter. I have ten days to pay or I pay more interest. It has been 8 days and still no letter in the mail. As I now have 2 days remaining I will have to drive over an hour to a branch to “PAY OFF” this vehicle as I refuse to give these crooks the satisfaction of paying their $10 “CONvenience charge” to pay my remaining $53 over the phone via credit/debit card. What a bunch of worthless scum. Avoid doing business with this pack of thieves if you can.
