  I lived in Brooks Towne Townhouses under Forward Management with 4 good friends for a year and I absolutely loved my experience! The house is very spacious and neat with reasonable price. It is equipped with essential appliances but with lots of potentials for personal decorations. Bus stops are only 1-2 minute walk away so very convenient for students. Many good restaurants around and Trader Joe's 3min drive away. Close to the heart of the Madison city but can also easily find a place of peace around if needed. Manager Briana is a very straight-forward person when it comes to communicating about problems like rent or car towing. But she's very responsive and helpful whenever in need. One thing I have to point out is their amazing maintenance management. The maintenance always comes so fast and efficient. The other night our water tube in the kitchen was leaking and I put it on maintenance. And the morning right after it was already fixed by Technician Pete, before we even got up from bed - And it was supposed to be the MLK holiday! It was so cold and snowy that morning. I wish we got the chance to thank Pete for his help and hard work. My experience overall is great. But if I have to complain something, it would be the window in the entry living room. Some wind can leak through from there during winter and it can cause a lot of money to heat up the house with the cold. But overall, I appreciate the house a lot and I would highly recommend for people who are seeking for a lovely place that they want to make it home with their good friends!
