  I was new to Madison, but I wanted to buy a house, so I interviewed 5 different agents after consulting both larger agencies and online realtor rankings. Sheila Power was the most interested in me and my wants and situation. She was also the first to get back to me to set an interview time, which is huge in the field of real estate. She's all about the client--she focuses her efforts on advertising her houses and not herself. She explains that this is why she doesn't pay over $400 a month to be a called a premier agent on Zillow--I disagree with this since I think she deserves recognition too, but I guess it just means she can provide better individualized and caring service to the lucky ones. tl;dr: You can't go wrong with her.
